Keynote Address: Northwest Catholic Student Coalition

Archbishop Murphy was invited to deliver the keynote address to the First Annual Convention of the Northwest Catholic Student Coalition at Central Washington University in Ellensburg, WA. The main theme of his address was the choices young people will make – decisions made now and in the future that will give their lives direction, purpose and meaning. In Archbishop Murphy’s view, there are three fundamental choices facing young people: 1) To choose to know God, 2) To express concern for the well being of others and 3) What values to instill in their lives.
