Assembly II – Seminary Education and Priestly Formation

In an address to the Seminary Department of the National Catholic Education Association, Bishop Murphy provides an update on an initiative to review and enhance seminary education and priestly formation at all seminaries throughout the United States. As a former Rector of St. Mary of the Lake Seminary in Mundelein IL, Bishop Murphy was committed to ensuring that only quality candidates for the priesthood gain admittance to seminary programs.
