Peace is the focal point Bishop Murphy’s homily. “And yet, the gift I dare to share with you this morning is the gift which the Lord left to us – the gift of peace which unleashes the power of the spirit within us.” Bishop Murphy challenges all of the graduates to share the gift of peace with others. He says,”Share the peace of Christ by recognizing the presenence and face of Christ in the poor, the homeless, the neglected and forgotten.”
