“A Call to Young People”

Bishop Murphy discusses the topic of hearing a call to a religious vocation in his weekly “Reflections” column in the Montana Catholic Register. From his perspective, “As Christians, we don’t pick an occupation; rather, we respond to a vocation, a call from God. Baptism calls all of us to a life of holiness whereby we serve God and others. We are able to live out this call in one of three special vocations: lay Christian commitment, priesthood or religious life.”
