Visitation Sisters: Good-bye and thank you

In his weekly Catholic Northwest Progress “In Joy and Hope” column, Archbishop Murphy expresses his sincere gratitude for the ministry of the Sisters of the Visitation in the Archdiocese of Seattle. He describes their ministry as a unique gift to our local church. “As the Visitation Sisters leave the Church of Western Washington, we know we will miss them. We will miss their presence and their ministry. We will miss their prayers for all of us. We will miss the charism of religious life that they so generously shared. And, as they leave, we say ‘thank you.'” said Archbishop Murphy.
