A time of thanksgiving

Thanksgiving is the subject of Archbishop Murphy’s weekly Catholic Northwest Progress “In Joy and Hope” column. He characterizes the Thanksgiving holiday as one that has become a “holy day” – an opportunity for all to give thanks for so much we take for granted. “May this Thanksgiving Day be a time not only to give thanks, but a time as well to stop and remember the blessings which a good and gracious God shares with each of us,” said Archbishop Murphy.
