Western Regional Catholic Press Association Convention

At a Mass celebrated at St. James Cathedral in Seattle, WA for the Western Regional Press Association Convention, Archbishop Murphy uses St. Francis of Assisi as an exmaple of a saint whose words spoke to the minds and the hearts of all people. He challenges all those present to share the message of Jesus Christ – a message which offers hope, shares life and peaches love. The archbishop encourages all members of the Catholic press to see its mission and ministry as a way in which people can meet the Lord, to overcome the burdens and weariness of life.
