Mass of Thanksgiving – Mount St. Vincent

Archbishop Murphy celebrated a Mass of Thanksgiving for the care and ministry the Sisters of Providence provide to the residents of Mt. St. Vincent Care Center in Seattle, WA. He commended all the members of the staff and administration of this facility for seeing the face of God in the homeless, sick and elderly. The archbishop offered the following thought, “And the bottom line of the message of Jesus is that when we reach out in love and service to those in need, we meet Jesus himself.”
