National Catholic Development Conference Liturgy

Archbishop Murphy makes the ministry of fundraising the centerpiece of his homily at a Mass celebrated in conjunction with the National Catholic Development Conference in St. Louis, MO. He describes all those engaged in fundraising as people who have dared to hear the Word of God and act upon it by hearing the cry of the poor. The archbishop shared the following thought, “Yet, as people involved in the ministry of fundraising, you have heard these powerful voices in our society today and you are helping the Church respond to these needs.”
