Charismatic Conference

In his homily at a Mass celebrated in conjunction with a Charismatic Conference in Tacoma, WA, Archbishop Murphy sets his focus on the meaning of the Holy Spirit. He praises the Charismatic movement for its commitment to make the Christian community more aware of the power of the Holy Spirit. The archbishop offered the following thought, “But you also recognize that it is through Jesus that we come in contact with the Holy Spirit; it is through our commitment to the faith community of the Church that the Holy Spirit reveals his presence.”
