Women and Men: Partnership in Ministry

In this address to the House of Delegates of the National Federation of Priests Councils, Bishop Murphy offers his thoughts and perspectives on how to enhance collaboration between priests, religious and the laity at all levels within the church. He cites the relationship between a bishop and his Presbyteral council as an example of collaboration to potentially emulate. In his view, enhancing collaboration across all levels of the church will succeed if and only if the focus is on addressing the needs of the People of God.
