Open Letter to the Billings Central Catholic High School Community

Bishop Murphy wrote this letter on the gift of life for the January 1986 edition of The Rampage – the newspaper of Billings Central Catholic High School. With the coming of a new year, he reminds all young people to appreciate the sanctity and precious nature of the gift of life. “Human life comes to us as a gift of love from our parents, who share in the magnificent act of creation of life with God,” said Bishop Murphy. “Our love for and respect for our parents is but another sign of our appreciation of the gift of life.”
