In his weekly Montana Catholic Register “Reflections” column, Bishop Murphy provides a summary of the six vicariate meetings recently held to seek participation, insights and feedback from all the faithful on the creation of a handbook for parish pastoral councils. A number of other issues were raised during these meetings that Bishop Murphy also addresses in this column.
