How To Strengthen The Church Part I

In the first in a series of two “Reflections” columns in the Montana Catholic Register, Bishop Murphy provides his opinions on a set of suggestions on how to strengthen the church from a Gallup Report titled “Religion in America – 1984.” The first three suggestions are: 1) Plan for the future on the basis of fact, not assumptions, 2) Reexamine religious education programs and 3) Make greater and more creative use of television.
