The Joy of Being Catholic

In his weekly Montana Catholic Register “Reflections” column, Bishop Murphy celebrates the diversity of spirituality in the Catholic Church. At the same time, he stresses the importance of adhering to church doctrine and custom by saying, “The challenge of being Catholic today is our fidelity to the essentials of our religion in faith and worship which gives us unity. We do that best under the leadership and guidance of the Vicar of Christ who calls us to grow as a People of God, aware of a tradition and legacy of faith.”
