Catholic Education – a Pearl of Great Price

In his weekly Montana Catholic Register “Reflections” column, Bishop Murphy describes 10 goals of Catholic education. He was an unrelenting advocate for the mission of Catholic schools and religious education throughout his life. In his view, “As our own schools in Eastern Montana fulfill these goals of Catholic education, they are a pearl of great price, a rich resource for the present and a sign of hope for the future. … Catholic education is an investment in the future.”
