Expect the Unexpected

As the season of Lent comes to a close, Bishop Murphy counsels his flock to expect the unexpected as they once again relive the Passion, Death and Resurrection of Jesus Christ. He says, “As disciples of Jesus, we are asked to expect the unexpected with a spirit of hope and faith. We look for answers, but there are none; we search for solutions, but none are present; we wonder “why?” and there is silence for a response. Yet, the Lord invites us to journey with Him again this Lent to prepare for the unexpected.”
