Dedication of St. Patrick’s Church as Co-Cathedral

Bishop Murphy delivered this homily at the dedication of St. Patrick’s Church in Billings, MT as the Co-Cathedral of the dual see Diocese of Great Falls-Billings, MT. He shared the following thought, “The Cathedral Church becomes the magnet for events involving the Church beyond the natural boundaries of a diocese. And more than that, the Cathedral Church must become a seat of culture as well as cult. It is a place where great music may be performed, and where drama, proportionate to our true stature as human beings, may be enacted.”
