Vatican II – The Conciliar Document on the Church

Bishop Murphy in his weekly Montana Catholic Register “Reflections” column describes how the Vatican II Conciliar Document on the Church impacts our lives during the Lenten season. He makes the following point, “This document looks at the Church as ‘the People of God.’ It stresses the fact that the Church is a ‘sacrament,’ a sign which must point to the reality of the presence of the Lord in the world today.”
